1st Day – ORIGIN / SÃO LUÍS / Barreirinhas
Arrival, reception at São Luis airport and transfer by private car with air – ONLY DRIVER (Portuguese speaking) to Barreirinhas by land (260 km in approx. 04h, by paved road). Stop for a regional breakfast or snack (not included) in the city of Morros. Arrival and accommodation.

2nd Day – NATIONAL PARK OF LENÇÓIS MARANHENSES (Circuit of lagoons of the season)

In the afternoon, at 2 pm, depart for a regular tour in a 4×4 vehicle (Jardineira style) to the Great Lençóis and visit the best lagoons of the season. The Lençóis Maranhenses National Park (PNLM) is an ecological paradise with 155,000 hectares of dunes, rivers, lagoons and mangroves. Circuits of the most visited lakes: Lagoa Azul Circuit (Includes: Lagoa Azul, Peixes, Preguiça, Esmeralda and da Paz), Lagoa Bonita Circuit (Includes: Lagoa Bonita, Clone, Maçarico and surrounding Lagoons). All lakes are known for their unique colors and shapes. NOTE: We are not responsible for climatic factors that cause low water levels and drought in the Lagoons at certain times of the year.

3º Dia – BARREIRINHAS / PREGUIÇAS RIVER / VASSOURAS / MANDACARU / CABURÉ

In the morning, departure by regular speedboat (not private, with Portuguese speaking guide) along the Rio Preguiças towards the peninsula of Caburé located between the Rio Preguiças and the Atlantic Ocean, before passing through the vegetation consisting of palm trees and mangroves on its banks. Our first stop is Vassouras (Pequenos Lençóis). There we will be able to taste the local coconut water, besides having the opportunity to see the capuchin monkeys that inhabit the mangrove that is next to the beach. We will continue upriver to the village of Mandacaru where the Preguiças Lighthouse is located, After the panoramic visit to the lighthouse, the boat will continue to Caburé beach where there will be a stop for lunch (included, without beverages), the restaurants serve excellent dishes based on seafood. After resting in the hammocks, we head back to Barreirinhas around 3pm.
